1. Our terms and conditions apply to each and every user of GMS Guardian. 2. By adding GMS Guardian in your server, you agree to these terms of service and the future terms which we may add after a notice.
Terms of Use
1. Intentional command spam or attempts to crash the bot should not be made. 2. GMS Guardian should not be used in Bot spam servers which cause command spam. 3. GMS Team reserves the rights to prohibit any server or user from using GMS Guardian. 4. The client is responsible for any violation caused by them. 5. We have the rights to update terms of service anytime with a notice in the support server.
Privacy Policy
1. Data regarding server settings is stored in a secure database, these will be deleted if the bot is kicked off the guild 2. The user data of people using this dashboard is used to allow you the required displays, such as the list of guilds, they are not used for other purposes and even less stored on our database 3. Each server adding GMS Guardian Bot authorizes it access to the content of the messages if the bot needs it, if no parameters requiring the content of the messages are activated, it will not be used, moreover they are not stored nowhere 4. If a server or user of GMS Guardian receives a sanction (blacklist) we will be obliged to keep the discord ID of the server and/or user who committed the fault, it will then be stored in our secure database
